In certain instances, special meetings are organized to allow the Board of Directors an opportunity to review a matter that was not covered in the regularly scheduled meeting. The agenda for these special meetings will be provided 10 days prior to the meeting date and the minutes from any special meetings will be available following the next, regularly scheduled, monthly board meeting.
